1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use the Portal. Cookies are set by the Portal Operator — The Break sp. z o.o. — so the Portal works correctly and, with your consent, also for analytics and marketing.
2. Cookie categories
- Necessary — required for the Portal to work (session, security, cart, remembering your consent choice). Set without your consent under art. 399(3) of the Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Electronic Communications Law); we inform you about them in this policy in accordance with the transparency duty under Art. 13 GDPR.
- Analytics — help us understand how you use the Portal. Off by default until you consent.
- Marketing — used to tailor communication. Off by default until you consent.
3. Managing consent
On your first visit we show a consent banner where you can accept all, customise, or reject optional cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies run only after consent (Consent Mode v2 compliant). You can change your choice any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings; restricting necessary cookies may affect how the Portal works.
